Estes podem se tornar impraticáveis se a matriz for de grande porte e esparsa porque seus fatores geralmente serão matrizes cheias,isto é, sem estrutura de esparsidade. Uma exceção a este fato ocorre quando a matriz tem estrutura de banda. Ainda assim, os algoritmos de fatoração podem tornar-se de difícil implementação computacional.Uma das razões para o grande interesse em sistemas lineares esparsos reside na resoluçãonumérica de equações diferenciais. Sabe-se que as pesquisas nesta área tem sido responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento da maioria das estratégias para o tratamento de esparsidades. Most designers are caught up on everyday problems, so we fit that "wild bunch" into a systematic approach for variation-aware design, a designer's field guide and more. That is where this book can help! Circuit Design: Anticipate, Analyze, Exploit Variations starts with best-practise manual methods and links them tightly to up-to-date automation algorithms. We provide many tractable examples and explain key techniques you have to know. We then enable you to select and setup suitable methods for each design task - knowing their prerequisites, advantages and, as too often overlooked, their limitations as well. The good thing with computers is that you yourself can often verify amazing things with little effort, and you can use software not only to your direct advantage in solving a specific problem, but also for becoming a better skilled, more experienced engineer. Unfortunately, EDA design environments are not good at all to learn about advanced numerics. So with this book we also provide two apps for learning about statistic and optimization directly with circuit-related examples, and in real-time so without the long simulation times. This helps to develop a healthy statistical gut feeling for circuit design. The book is written for engineers, students in engineering and CAD / methodology experts. Readers should have some background in standard design techniques like entering a design in a schematic capture and simulating it, and also know about major technology aspects

    Physicochemical analysis of a gongocomposite in the initial production of crisp lettuce seedlings

    Tree pruning in urban centers generates residues, which can be used as organic composites in the production of crisp lettuce seedlings. Given the above, the aim of this work was to perform a physicochemical analysis of the gongocomposite in the production of crisp lettuce seedlings. The experiment was carried out in a rural property in Reserva do Cabaçal-MT, with a completely randomized design comprising five treatments and five replications. To obtain the substrates, the gongocomposite was made from Trigoniulus corallinus, in the following proportions: 40% of Paspalum notatum (grass) + 30% of the pruning residues of tree species Terminalia catappa, Licania tomentosa, Senna siamea, and Albizia lebbeck composed of leaves, leaflets, and fine branches, dried and crushed, where the process lasted 120 days. Substrates were evaluated regarding physical and chemical properties. At 24 days after sowing, shoot fresh and dry mass, root fresh and dry mass, root volume, seedling vigor, and stability of lettuce clods were measured. The gongocomposite from the grass (Paspalum notatum) + oiti + albizia (40% + 30% pruning residues + 30% pruning residues) presented better physicochemical characteristics and better initial development of lettuce seedlings

    Percepções de gestores de um hospital universitário sobre a qualidade em saúde

    Objective: to describe the perceptions of managers of a university hospital about quality in health. Method: this is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, carried out in a university hospital in Northeast Brazil. The study population was composed of 60 managers. Data were collected between 2017 and 2018, based on a semi-structured interview. Lexicographic textual analysis was performed with the support of the IRaMuTeQ software. Results: 593 text segments were analyzed and classified in the following categories: "Influence of the management model", "Quality management tools", "Conceptions of quality in health" and "Health promotion actions". The managers understood that the management model adopted influences care, and, consequently, its quality. Conclusion: it was found that managers related quality to the problem-solving service provided to users, as well as to a good relationship between professionals and the consequent improvement in the work process.Objetivo: descrever as percepções de gestores de um hospital universitário sobre a qualidade em saúde. Método: trata-se de estudo do tipo descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, realizado em hospital universitário do Nordeste do Brasil. A população de estudo foi composta por 60 gestores. Os dados foram coletados entre 2017 e 2018, a partir de entrevista semiestruturada. Realizou-se análise textual lexicográfica com suporte do software IRaMuTeQ. Resultados: foram analisados 593 segmentos de texto com elucidação das classes: “Influência do modelo de gestão”, “Ferramentas de gestão da qualidade”, “Concepções de qualidade em saúde” e “Ações de promoção em saúde”. Os gestores compreendiam que o modelo de gestão adotado influencia na assistência e, consequentemente, na qualidade do atendimento. Conclusão: verificou-se que os gestores relacionaram a qualidade à resolutividade do atendimento aos usuários, bem como a um bom relacionamento entre profissionais e à consequente melhoria no processo de trabalho

Este ensaio enfatiza que uma nova ordem comunicacional poderia fazer a articulação entre poder público, arranjos produtivos e movimentos sociais, ato de democracia por meio da governança. O fato de termos um processo educacional que ainda não garante a sociedade democrática desejada, amplia as exigências de trabalhar por aberturas no cruzamento das políticas de educação, cultura e comunicação
